Whenever the user "Checks out" the location is no longer monitored. This is used to provide beneficial features to our client and users, and it is relevant to the core functionality of the app.

We do not employ third-party companies or individuals for any kind of services. All the functionalities of the mobile app are controlled and monitored only by Cloudmonitoring.

We do not advertise products or services of any kinds in our mobile apps. We do not gather any kind of data for advertising purposes.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. The API communication between the mobile app and our servers are encrypted and SSL secured. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. For a higher security we recommend not sharing passwords ever. Be advised that Cloudmonitoring will never ask to share your password under any circumstances. Users passwords are encrypted and stored securely.

We implement and maintain security practices such as outlined in ISO/IEC 27001 and ensuring that our application and web service is robust and free from common security issues as set out by the OWASP Top 10.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
